Marcos Lutyens' practice centres on the use of experiential installation, using various parallel approaches to explore group and individual consciousness to engage interaction. Marcos has created installations and performances for brands such as Samsung, Royal Salute, Kodak and Absolut Vodka. These commercial projects incorporate the sensory abilities of the audience to directly experience the brand in a new way, by utilising Marcos’s unique approach to art-making.

Marcos’s international success has seen him exhibit and perform in museums and institutions around the world including the Guggenheim, LACMA, the Pompidou, the Royal Academy, the National Art Museum of China, MoMA PS1 and dOCUMENTA(13).

Marcos has been exhibiting ‘Alphabet Huts’ at the Baltic Triennial’s CAC in Vilnius and Krakow where he  launched his book ‘Memoirs of a Hypnotist: 100 Days.’  His current work includes projects at 2 upcoming European Biennials, a world wide Time Capsule project involving the brain trust of visionaries from around the world and an exhibition at the Guggenheim Museum, NY.
